Instructions for filling out the Registration Form

  • Indicate the division you will be playing in.

  • List the Fire Department you are associated with.

  • Fill out the personal information.

  • Select the room type, options are as follows.

    • Deluxe guest room: Double occupancy. This room is similar to a hotel room it has two queen beds. $750.00 per person.

    • Executive Suite – Double: Double Occupancy. This room is larger has a kitchenette and living area two queen beds. $800.00 per person.

    • Executive Suite – Single: Single Occupancy. This room is large and has a full kitchen. $900.00 per person. If you are bringing your significant other, you will stay in this type of room. These rooms are limited and will be on a first come first serve basis. Include $300.00 charge for your significant other.

  • List the dates you will be staying at the resort. Innisbrook will honor 4-days pre and post tournament dates if you want to arrive early or stay later. Price per day is as follows and includes 1 round of golf for those that arrive EARLY (this round must be played on the Island or South Course). Payment for this will be made upon checkout to the resort. Include 13% sales tax and $35 dollar resort fee.

  • Deluxe guest room: $129.00 pp

  • Executive Suite – Double $149.00 pp

  • Executive Suite – Single $189.00 pp

  • Include your skins money if you are in on skins

  • 61st US/Canadian Firefighter Golf Tournament

 

Remember to only include the amount for the tournament and for your significant other and skins if that applies. Charges for staying pre and post tournament dates will be made directly to the resort upon checkout.

Here are some answers to some of the questions we are getting regarding the tournament in September.

 

What are the package costs?

  • $900 for executive suite - single (1 golfer or 1 golfer + wife)

  • $800 for executive suite - double (2 golfers)

  • $750 for deluxe guest room (2 golfers)

What is covered in the package?

  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday night

  • Golf on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

  • Breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

  • Banquet dinner on Wednesday

  • Hospitality room Sunday, Monday, Tuesday evenings

What if I want to bring my wife?

  • Select the executive suite - single room option.

  • Include $300 for her this will cover her for everything listed above except golf.

What if I want to stay extra days?

  • Indicate on the registration form the day you will arrive and the day you will depart.

  • Prices for extra nights are as follows. $189 per night for the exec suite - single, $149 per person, per night for the exec suite - double, $129 per person, per night for the deluxe guest room. 

  • ***There was some misunderstanding on if a round of golf was included in each extra night's stay, the clarification we received is 1 round of golf is included in the cost of the extra night for those that arrive early (meaning Saturday or before). This only applies to the Island and South courses; the Copperhead course would cost $95.***

  • You will pay the resort directly upon check out for any extra nights. 13% tax and $35 dollar resort fee not included in the extra night stay.

How do I book practice rounds? There are two different methods depending on the type of round.

  • To book your tee time included in the early stay package call 727-942-5802 or email  Rschriefer@innisbrookresort.com. This can be done up to 30 days in advance.

  • To book any other practice round call 1-727-942-2000, this can be done up to 14 days in advance.

What is the cost of the extra rounds? (you already get 1 per night)

  • Copperhead course $95

  • Island course $65

  • South course $55

How far is Innisbrook from the Tampa International airport?

  • About a 35 min drive

What about skins?

Include the $45 for skins in your payment and indicate it on the form
